About Sula Meyer
Real estate is my passion. At the downturn of the market in 2008, I saw the opportunity and became a residential real estate investor. As a result, I acquired multiple run-down historic properties and restored them to their original beauty. By being personally involved in every aspect of the remodeling process – from obtaining permits, contracting with the right people, supervising the construction, and marketing the properties – I became an expert in all aspects of the restoration and sales process. Since 2009, I have acquired and remodeled eight properties which are now profitable rentals.
I now make this remarkable experience available to my valuable clients in their real estate transactions. I thrive on asking the right questions to uncover my clients most desired needs, and clearly understanding what my client wants. I have a knack for understanding people and work with diverse cultures and socio-economic backgrounds.
My entrepreneurial spirit has always pushed me to create my own success. I arrived in the U.S. in 1993 from Ecuador. In Ecuador I ran a tour operator business that created custom first-class travel experiences for my clients. Here in the US I attended Arizona State University, earning a degree in Computer Information Systems – all while running my own coffee shop. My degree then led to a 10-year career as a developer. In 2005 I bought my first condo with the help of a Realtor friend. Every single step of the process interested and exited me. After close of escrow, I decided I would obtain my Real Estate License so that I could help others through this process.
